R&K Specialized Homes, Inc. is a service provider for individuals with developmental disabilities, that is licensed by the state of Texas. It was founded in 1990 by Roy and Kitty Hernandez, on the principles of community integration, self-determination, education, and service from the heart. What started as a family owned company remains one, over 20 years later.
