Residential Support Services

offer service to individuals living in a group home through daily staff and “awake” staff, who are present in the residence during normal sleeping hours.

We provide residential support services which include:

• Trained, committed and compassionate staff.
• Direct personal guidance with daily living skills, meal planning and preparation, housekeeping, ambulation and mobility.
• Use of natural supports, social interaction, counseling and therapy.
• Inclusion in community events, participation in leisure activities and development of socially valued behaviors.

We work with LVN’s and RN’s to make medical recommendations, to carry out doctor’s orders and for training purposes. R&K also has a maintenance department to handle any house issues that may arise and Case Managers to coordinate services that the individuals we serve may need or want.

 R&K operates its own Day Hab (CDO) which is exclusive to R&K residents. CDO combines a laid-back learning environment with a community social space. Residents can work on their daily living skills in a classroom setting under the guidance of compassionate staff and socialize with peers in a group setting while enjoying leisure activities such as games, arts and crafts. CDO offers several amenities to the residents, such as a full coffee and juice bar three times per week, multiple media outlets for the residents to charge their devices, and the ability to surf the web and listen to music with our multiple smart TV’s and Wi-Fi.
